Sophisticated rosé wine sorbet with frozen cherries and berries, no churning required.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups frozen cherry-berry fruit blend
  • 1 cup rosé wine, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.5 medium lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen fruit, 1/2 cup rosé, sugar, and lemon juice. Pulse until the fruit starts to break up, then gradually pour in the rest of the wine while blending until smooth.
  • Adjust flavor to perfection with a touch more sugar, if desired. Enjoy right away or store in a freezer-safe container and freeze.
