Elevate classic monkey bread with juicy berries and zesty orange glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Grated peel of 1 orange
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and granulated sugar in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, mix melted butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and thoroughly mix until combined.
  • Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in one bowl and melt 1/2 cup of butter in another bowl.
  • Portion dough into 24 pieces using a cookie scoop. Roll each piece into a ball using greased hands. Dip each ball in a mixture of butter and brown sugar. Arrange in a pan, alternating with layers of raspberries and blueberries.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the bread is puffed and golden. Allow it to cool for 20 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Let it cool completely.
  • Whisk together powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange peel until smooth, adjusting juice amount for desired drizzling consistency.
  • Drizzle the cooled monkey bread with a generous amount of the glaze and scatter additional raspberries and blueberries on top for added freshness and flavor, if preferred.
