Ingredients:
  • 2 cups chickpea flour (besan)
  • 1 cup clarified butter (ghee)
  • 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped pistachio nuts
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped cashews
Instructions:
  • Combine the chickpea flour and clarified butter in a saucepan, stirring over medium-low heat until fragrant, for about 10 minutes. Let it cool before moving to the next step.
  • Combine the sugar, pistachios, and cashews until fully incorporated. Shape the mixture into small cherry-sized balls, applying firm pressure to ensure they hold together.
