"Upgrade to flavorful chicken patties for a family-friendly twist on the classic nugget dinner."
Ingredients:
  • 18 ounces ground chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed, or more to taste
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour, or as needed
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together chicken, onion, parsley, egg, garlic, sea salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in mayonnaise until mixture is soft.
  • In a shallow bowl, spread out the flour. Using a large spoon, drop spoonfuls of the chicken mixture into the flour. Coat by rolling and gently press into patties.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken patties in oil until they are golden brown and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.
