Juicy keto meatballs packed with Parmesan and flaxseed - ideal for a quick, flavorful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
Instructions:
  • Mix together ground beef, egg, Parmesan cheese, flaxseed, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl using your hands until fully combined. Shape into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Brown meatballs on each side for about 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce over meatballs, simmer until cooked through for 25-30 minutes, and ensure they reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F (72°C) when measured with a thermometer.
