No-bake cheesecake with velvety cream cheese and whipped cream for a luscious treat that is simple and loved by all.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix in melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8- or 10-inch springform pan. Refrigerate until set.
  • Combine cream cheese and lemon juice in a medium bowl until smooth. Gradually pour in whipping cream while beating with an electric mixer until thickened. Mix in sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Pour the filling into the chilled crust, and generously top it with your favorite pie filling or fresh, vibrant fruits. Allow the pie to chill for several hours or, even better, overnight to let the flavors meld together perfectly.
  • Release the sides of the springform pan right before serving.
