Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice)
Instructions:
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a bowl until evenly mixed and crumbly. Firmly press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate, ensuring to push it up the sides.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer until creamy and easy to spread.
  • Whip cream in a chilled glass or metal bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  • Pour the delicious filling into the crust and use a spatula to create a smooth top. Chill in the refrigerator until perfectly set, around 2 to 3 hours.
