Creamy cherry pie with graham cracker crust, topped with cherry filling. Effortless, no-bake delight best served chilled.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.75 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 dash vanilla extract
  • 1 dash almond extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine until well combined, then firmly press into the baking dish.
  • After 5 minutes in the preheated oven, allow to cool in the refrigerator.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth. In a separate medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the cooled crust.
  • Spread cherry pie filling over the top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
