Indulge in a decadent double chocolate Easter cheesecake, topped with milk chocolate sauce, Oreo biscuits, and creamy Easter eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 137g Oreo Original Cookies, crushed
  • 40g butter, melted
  • 500g Cream Cheese, softened
  • 165g caster sugar
  • 60ml gelatine powder
  • 220g White Chocolate Melts, melted, cooled slightly
  • 250ml cream
  • 150g Milk Chocolate Melts, melted
  • Cadbury with Oreo eggs, to decorate
  • 6 Oreo Original Cookies, extra, broken (optional)
Instructions:
  • Mix together the cookies and butter until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the base of a greased and lined 22cm springform pan. Chill until it sets.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar together using an electric mixer until creamy. Add gelatine mixture and white chocolate, beat well, then gently fold in the cream. Pour the mixture over the base and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
  • Transfer the cheesecake to a serving plate. Pour the luscious milk chocolate over the top. Garnish with eggs and extra cookies for a beautiful presentation. Let it rest until the chocolate is firm.
