Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • 1/4 thickened cream, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices of bread, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, melt the butter until fully melted, then add the eggs.
  • Gently separate the egg using a spatula over low heat until it turns a light yellow or golden color. Be cautious not to overcook. Serve hot with toast.
