Ingredients:
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 small knob of unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • - Crack the eggs into a measuring jug and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Beat them well using a fork. - Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted and bubbling, carefully pour in the beaten eggs. - Stir slowly with a wooden spoon or spatula, ensuring to reach the edges of the pan. - Continue stirring until the eggs appear silky, slightly runny, and slightly underdone. Remove from heat; residual heat will finish cooking them perfectly. - Serve with lightly buttered toast.
