Summertime scrambled eggs with fresh tomatoes, seasoned with a savory blend of salt, sugar, and soy sauce - a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 dash soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Cook eggs in a skillet over medium heat until they are almost done. Transfer to a plate.
  • Place the skillet back on medium heat and add tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then, stir in sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Finally, add the eggs back to the skillet and cook, stirring, for about 1 more minute.
