Creamy spinach dip served in a sourdough bread bowl, perfect for effortless entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (1.8 ounce) package dry leek soup mix
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf round sourdough bread
Instructions:
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach, water chestnuts, and dry soup mix in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to chill.
  • Trim the top off the sourdough round and hollow out the soft interior, creating a robust bread bowl. Stuff with spinach mixture and tear the extracted bread into pieces for dipping.
