Irresistible sweet and tangy beef brisket with rich, flavorful gravy - a must-try dish you'll crave!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds beef brisket
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup white vinegar
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Instructions:
  • Sear brisket in a large skillet or Dutch oven until browned all over. Add water, ketchup, vinegar, onions, garlic, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, turning occasionally until tender.
  • Let the brisket cool, then slice against the grain. Arrange slices in a 9x13-inch baking pan or platter and top with gravy. Chill overnight, skim off excess fat, and reheat before serving.
