Juicy pulled beef wrapped in crispy, cheesy tortillas for the ultimate comfort food experience. A global favorite, these Mexican street tacos are best enjoyed dipped in flavorful beef juices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 batch cheesy tortillas (see note)
  • 1/2 batch Mexican slow cooker pulled beef (see note)
  • Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
  • Sliced green onions, to serve
  • Lime wedges (optional), to serve
Instructions:
  • Place a generous amount of pulled beef on a cheesy tortilla, sprinkle with fresh coriander and chopped spring onions, then drizzle with warmed beef sauce. Fold the tortilla in half and serve with lime wedges on the side, for an extra burst of flavor.
