Biscuit-Topped Chicken and Cheese Casserole

Whip up a quick and easy cheesy chicken bake using Bisquick® mix and 5 simple ingredients for a delicious midweek meal!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 2/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine chicken, corn, soup, and cheese in a 2-quart glass baking dish.
  • Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough to a Bisquick-dusted surface, knead 10 times, and roll into a 7 1/2-inch round, 1/2 inch thick. Use a 2 1/2-inch round cutter to cut out 6 biscuits. Arrange them on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake until biscuits achieve a beautiful golden brown color, for about 20 to 25 minutes.
