Treat yourself to a decadent triple chocolate cookie for the ultimate chocolate experience!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix cookie mix, 3 tablespoons of oil, water, egg, white chocolate, and nuts in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until set. Let cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack. Cool completely, approximately 20 minutes.
  • Place chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted and smooth. Dip half of each cookie in the chocolate. Let them rest on waxed paper until set, approximately 10 minutes.
