Savory olive and sour cream dip - perfect for pairing or topping tacos.
Ingredients:
  • 200 ml Sour Cream
  • 40.00 ml black olive tapenade
  • 1/2 red capsicum, roasted, cut into strips
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Grissini or Ciabatta bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spread a creamy layer of sour cream on a small serving plate or shallow bowl, then gently swirl tapenade into the sour cream until marbled.
  • Garnish with roasted red bell pepper and fresh basil leaves. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy with grissini or ciabatta bread.
