Black olive tapenade with bagel crisps

Elevate your appetizer game with black olive tapenade and crunchy bagel chips.
Ingredients:
  • 5 bagels
  • olive oil spray
  • 120g pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 20.00 ml red wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan-forced) and carefully cut the bagels into quarters, splitting them in half where they are pre-cut.
  • Place the bagel pieces on a lightly oiled oven tray, ensuring they are in a single layer. Spritz with oil and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until beautifully crisp and golden brown. Allow to cool before enjoying.
  • In a food processor, blend all the remaining ingredients until creamy. Transfer the tapenade to a small serving dish and enjoy with the bagel crisps.
