Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz black rum
3/4 oz crème de cacao
1 cup ice
Black food color
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

Combine black rum, crème de cacao, ice, and 1 or 2 drops of black food color in a martini shaker.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and 1 drop of black food color. Mix until the sugar turns black. Wet the rim of a martini glass with water and dip into the colored sugar.
Pour the strained martini into a glass and enjoy!
