Blackberry and guava fizz

Replace wine with 3 cups chilled lemonade to make it non-alcoholic and refreshing.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 125ml guava
  • Crushed ice, to serve
  • 500ml ginger beer
  • 750ml btl chilled sparkling wine
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, crush the blackberries using the back of a fork. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a serving jug. Add guava juice, stir well, and enjoy!
  • 1. Distribute the ice evenly into the glasses. 2. Pour the guava mixture into each glass, making sure to divide it evenly. 3. Top each glass with ginger beer and wine. 4. Serve promptly for best taste.
