Quick and easy spiced blackberry liqueur with a rich flavor, ready in just 20 minutes compared to traditional recipes that require weeks to mature.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups unsweetened blackberry juice
  • 2.5 cups white sugar
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 0.5 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 4 cups rum
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, mix blackberry juice, sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick, and lemon zest. Gently bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Remove spices and stir in rum.
  • Transfer the delicious liqueur into a sterilized bottle and securely seal it. Keep it in a cool, dark place for optimal storage.
