Game day Bloody Mary salad bites - the perfect handheld party starter!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Suddenly Salad® classic pasta salad mix
  • 3/4 cup Bloody Mary mix
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • 1 1/2 lb cooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
  • 1 cup chopped peeled cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • Lemon and lime slices, marinated mushrooms, olives
  • Beef jerky sticks
  • Celery sticks
Instructions:
  • Add the pasta from the Suddenly Salad box into a 3-quart saucepan filled 2/3 full with boiling water. Cook gently without a cover for 12 minutes, giving it an occasional stir. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water before draining it well.
  • In a large bowl, mix the seasoning from the Suddenly Salad box with Bloody Mary mix and vodka until well combined. Add in the cooked pasta, shrimp, cucumber, and bell pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • To present, thread lemon and lime slices, mushrooms, and olives onto wooden skewers. Serve the salad alongside the skewers, beef jerky, and celery sticks.
