Delicious BLT salad with crispy bacon, tomatoes, croutons, and creamy garlic dressing - perfect for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce - rinsed, dried and shredded
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups seasoned croutons
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, until nicely browned all over, approximately 10 minutes. Drain the bacon on paper towels, crumble it, and set it aside.
  • In a blender or food processor, blend mayonnaise, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
  • In a spacious salad bowl, mix together lettuce, crispy bacon bits, juicy tomatoes, and crunchy croutons. Drizzle with dressing, and enjoy promptly.
