BLTs with Pimiento Cheese

Quick and delicious bacon, lettuce, and tomato grilled cheese sandwich. Ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
1/2 cupreduced-fat pimiento cheese spread
8sliceswhole wheat bread
8slicesreduced-fat bacon, crisply cooked
4leavesgreen leaf lettuce
12slicestomato (1/4 inch thick)
1/4 teaspoonfreshly groundpepper
Instructions:
Evenly slather each slice of bread with a generous coating of delicious pimiento cheese.
Layer 2 bacon slices, 1 lettuce leaf, and 3 tomato slices on each of 4 bread slices. Sprinkle with pepper and top with remaining 4 bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half and secure with a toothpick if desired.
