Create delicious pizza in 15 minutes with store-bought base and fresh toppings using this amazing recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 440g pizza base with tomato sauce
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 1 large zucchini, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1 treviso, trimmed, leaves shredded
  • 20.00 ml fresh rosemary leaves
  • 120g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 250ºC. Place the pizza base on a baking tray and bake on the lowest oven shelf for 8 minutes or until crispy.
  • Heat oil in a hot frying pan. Cook zucchini until golden, about 2 minutes, turning midway. Add treviso and cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Stir in rosemary.
  • Spread the zucchini mixture evenly on the pizza base. Sprinkle with blue cheese and pine nuts. Bake in the middle of the oven for 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted to perfection.
