Kid-friendly dessert that will delight their taste buds.
Ingredients:
  • 772.50 gm milk
  • 100.00 gm white rice
  • 30.00 gm raw sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 4 fresh apricots, cut into thin wedges
  • 150g blueberries
  • honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, 1 cup water, rice, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring regularly until rice is tender and mixture is creamy.
  • Gently mix in apricots and blueberries. Enjoy rice pudding warm or chilled, topped with a drizzle of honey.
