Enhance flavor by adding grated carrot to oat mixture before soaking.
Ingredients:
  • 110g rolled oats
  • 375ml almond milk
  • 54.00 gm maple syrup
  • 1 small ripe pear, cored, coarsely grated
  • 125g blueberries
  • 20.00 ml poppy seeds
  • Chopped pecans, to serve
  • Blueberries, extra, to serve
  • Thinly sliced pear, to serve
  • Maple syrup, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, almond milk, maple syrup, grated pear, blueberries, and poppy seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  • Evenly distribute the oat mixture into serving bowls. Garnish with pecans, extra blueberries, sliced pear, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup.
