Blend blueberries, cinnamon, and yogurt for a deliciously spiced blueberry smoothie ideal for any time of day.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup ice cubes, or as desired
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Crush ice in a blender until coarse; incorporate yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until creamy. Adjust sweetness to taste with sugar; blend until combined.
