Blueberry Coffee Cake Supreme

Delicious and quick coffee cake to wake up to!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • Brown Sugar 'n Oats Streusel
  • 1 box (16.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Wild Blueberry Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Powdered Sugar Glaze
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and generously grease an 8x8x2 inch square pan.
  • Prepare the Brown Sugar 'n Oats Streusel and keep it aside. Drain the Blueberries, rinse them, and set them aside. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and egg, then gradually mix in water and oil. Add the muffin mix and stir until well blended. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
  • Layer half of the delicious batter in the pan, then generously sprinkle with half of the irresistible streusel. Top with the remaining batter, followed by a final sprinkle of the remaining streusel for the perfect finishing touch.
  • Bake until beautifully golden, for about 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle with Powdered Sugar Glaze.
