Whip up a delightful blueberry compote using frozen blueberries for a versatile topping on yogurt, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake and beyond!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen blueberries, unthawed, divided
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
Instructions:
  • In a small, heavy saucepan, combine half of the blueberries with sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until blueberries burst, around 10 minutes.
  • Fold in the rest of the blueberries into the saucepan; simmer until the compote thickens and can coat the back of a spoon, approximately 8 minutes.
