Honey blueberry baked custard with nutmeg and confectioners' sugar - enjoy hot or cold.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2.5 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.66000002622604 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) while melting the butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish placed in the oven.
  • Blend eggs, honey, milk, vanilla, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth. Pour over melted butter in the hot dish and sprinkle with blueberries.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Finish with a dusting of nutmeg and confectioners' sugar before serving.
