Whip up a tangy-sweet blueberry rhubarb crisp for a refreshing twist on the classic strawberry-rhubarb dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup oats
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 cup melted butter, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon. Add rhubarb and blueberries; mix well. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish.
  • Combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/3 cup oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Mix in half of the butter until a crumbly topping forms. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture and drizzle the rest of the butter on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbling, for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
