Crunchy cabbage and green onions, crispy ramen noodles with toasted almonds and sesame seeds, tossed in a flavor-packed lemon juice and oil dressing - the irresistible Bok Choy Salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium head bok choy, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
  • 0.5 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 0.33333334326744 cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Mix the bok choy and green onions together, then cover and refrigerate.
  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and ramen noodle seasoning packet, then chill in the refrigerator.
  • Crush ramen noodles into bite-sized pieces and mix with crunchy toasted almonds and nutty sesame seeds.
