Grown-up white chocolate chip fudge cookies infused with coffee liqueur, ready in just 1 hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Combine cake mix, oil, liqueur, and egg in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer or mix with a spoon. Gently fold in white chips, then drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are firm. Let cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
