Betty Crocker's Christmas Dip: Creamy, fruity, and chocolate chip dessert dip served with crispy cookies and pound cake. Impossible to resist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
  • 6 graham cracker rectangles, broken into quarters
  • 24 cubes (1 inch) chocolate or plain pound cake
  • 24 chocolate or strawberry sugar wafers
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, use an electric mixer to beat creamy cream cheese until smooth. Mix in marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and almond extract until well combined. Transfer to a shallow serving dish.
  • Combine pie filling with brandy and spread over the cream cheese layer. Top with almonds and serve alongside graham crackers, pound cake, and sugar wafers.
