Gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread made with tapioca flour, fragrant and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil or butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk or soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups tapioca flour
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 0.66666668653488 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large saucepan, mix olive oil, water, milk, and salt. Heat over high heat until boiling, then promptly remove from heat.
  • Combine the tapioca flour and garlic in a bowl, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Mix the cheese and eggs into the tapioca mixture until blended; the dough will have a chunky texture similar to cottage cheese.
  • Spoon dough onto an ungreased baking sheet using a 1/4 cup measure.
  • Bake until the tops are lightly browned, for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
