Bake Parmesan cheese, plain yogurt, and tapioca flour for a quick, crispy yet creamy Brazilian cheese bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1.6666667461395 cups tapioca flour
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 0.25 cup oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), then simply pour tapioca flour into a medium-sized bowl.
  • In a saucepan, bring water, oil, and salt to a boil. Pour this mixture into the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until combined. Allow it to cool slightly, then fold in the egg, yogurt, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Coat your hands with a touch of oil, shape the batter into 12 balls, and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
  • Adjust the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
