Create effortless potato bread using instant mashed potato mix in your bread machine for a simple and delicious outcome.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
  • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine or fast-acting dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Carefully measure and add all ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Choose the Basic/White cycle and opt for a Medium or Light crust color. Once the bread is baked, take it out of the pan and let it cool on a rack.
