"Easy homemade pizza dough made in a bread machine, creating a flavorful and chewy crust with pantry staples."
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup warm water - 100 to 110 degrees F (40 to 45 degrees C)
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Collect all your ingredients.
  • Place warm water in the bread machine pan and layer flour on top. Sprinkle yeast, salt, and sugar over the flour. Select the dough setting and press start.
  • Transfer the finished dough to a generously floured work surface once the machine signals it's done.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Gently roll or stretch the dough into a 14-inch thin crust, keeping the edges slightly thicker. Transfer the dough onto a 14-inch pizza baking sheet and brush it with olive oil.
  • After preheating the oven, bake for 5 minutes. Then, add your favorite toppings before returning to the oven.
