Quick and crispy turkey cutlets - breaded with Parmesan and Italian seasoning, fried to perfection in olive oil. Ready in under an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless turkey breast meat - cut into strips
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian-style seasoning. In another shallow bowl, pour milk. Dip turkey in milk, then coat it in the crumb mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Cook turkey for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and juices run clear.
