Switch up your breakfast routine with this flavorful and nutritious veggie-packed fried rice.
Ingredients:
  • 4.60 gm macadamia oil
  • 187.50 ml sliced vegetables (such as broccoli, beans, carrot, zucchini)
  • 1/2 x 125g tub 90-second microwave brown rice
  • 1 tsp salt-reduced tamari
  • 1 pan-fried egg or poached egg, to serve
  • 5.20 gm hot chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, sauté the vegetables in oil until just tender. Stir in the rice and tamari, cooking until heated through. Serve the rice with a sunny-side-up egg on top and a drizzle of chili sauce.
