Breakfast fried rice with plenty of veggies for a healthy start to your day!
Ingredients:
  • 4.60 gm macadamia oil
  • 187.50 ml sliced vegetables (such as broccoli, beans, carrot, zucchini)
  • 1/2 x 125g tub 90-second microwave brown rice
  • 1 tsp salt-reduced tamari
  • 1 pan-fried egg or poached egg, to serve
  • 5.20 gm hot chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Saute the veggies for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Stir in rice and tamari, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve rice topped with a fried egg and a drizzle of chili sauce.
