Start your day right with a refreshing icy juice slushy. Happy New Year!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pineapples, peeled, chopped
  • 2 x 250g punnets strawberries, hulled, chopped
  • 6 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 2 x 425ml cans apricot nectar, chilled
  • 750.00 ml crushed ice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, puree the pineapple and strawberries in batches until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a large jug. Add the passionfruit pulp, lime juice, and apricot nectar. Stir well to combine.
  • Fill 10 tall glasses with one-third full of ice, then pour over the fruit mixture and serve.
