  • 60g traditional rolled oats
  • 160ml skim milk
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together oats, milk, and 2/3 cup (160ml) water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the oats are creamy and tender. Serve and enjoy!
