Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf brioche, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, or more to taste
  • 3 cups garlic butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brioche chunks, Parmesan cheese, basil, and garlic. Pour in melted butter and mix gently with a rubber spatula to prevent tearing the bread. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake until croutons turn a beautiful golden brown, approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
