Whip up a vibrant broccoli slaw with bell pepper, ramen noodles, almonds, and raisins for a crisp and delightful picnic side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup olive oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles, broken
  • 10 ounces broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 0.75 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.75 cup golden raisins
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onions
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, sugar, vinegar, and ramen noodle seasoning packets in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • In a salad bowl, mix together broccoli coleslaw mix, crushed ramen noodles, almonds, raisins, green onions, and green bell pepper. Gently fold in the dressing. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Give it a final stir before serving.
