Broccoli Slaw and Ramen Salad

Chill ramen broccoli slaw in sweet and sour vinaigrette for a satisfyingly crunchy coleslaw.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed, with seasoning packet
  • 0.75 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients for the salad dressing - the ramen noodle seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper - in a bowl and mix well. Add the ramen noodles and broccoli slaw, toss to combine. Allow the flavors to meld for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
