Broccoli with garlic and chilli

Spicy garlic broccoli - vibrant and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 800g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
Instructions:
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the broccoli and cook for 3 minutes until vibrant green and slightly tender. Drain thoroughly.
  • In a large, deep frying pan or wok, heat oil over low heat. Cook garlic and chilli for 1 minute until fragrant, then increase heat to medium. Add broccoli, toss to coat well, and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
