Elevate veggies with zesty garlic and spicy chili for a burst of bold flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, seeds removed, chopped
Instructions:
  • Steam or blanch broccolini until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and refresh. In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and chili and cook until garlic begins to color, for about 1-2 minutes. Add broccolini, season well, and toss to warm through.
